Dan Serfontein

"Dan specialises in the retail parks, leisure, hotels and food store sectors, advising institutional, propco and overseas clients on investment strategy, acquisitions, and disposals across the UK market. Prior to this, he spent 12 years at Knight Frank, where he was a Partner in the Capital Markets department. Outside of work, Dan has a strong passion for mountaineering, having climbed across the Alps, Andes and Himalayas. He is also a committee member of the RICS Rugby Club."
