Dinesh Pari

Dinesh Pari brings with over two decades of experience advising landlords on retail warehouse assets. Dinesh began his career at Colliers International, developing deep expertise in occupier acquisitions and retail park advisory. He subsequently moved to DTZ, becoming one of the youngest Directors in the company. He was a Senior Director at McMullen Real Estate, where he led landlord asset management and new business development across a portfolio of major institutional clients including FTSE 100 companies, pension funds, and REITs.



Dinesh founded Green Lane Real Estate in January 2025 to deliver a modern, personal, and trusted advisory service to clients across the sector. Dinesh also sits on the board of Accessible Retail. Away from work, Dinesh still regularly plays football, whilst also coaching an Under 11's football team. He also spends a lot of time in Malaysia and Sri Lanka where visiting family
